Stephen Heller is the owner and President of Heller Law Firm, P.A., a law firm practicing in the areas of personal injury law, representing injured people in claims involving automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, alcohol related accidents, farm accidents, and other negligence based claims. Heller Law Firm also handles consumer bankruptcy cases on behalf of debtors.

Robert Thyen is an associate with Heller Law Firm, P.A. currently practicing in the areas of consumer and commercial bankruptcies representing debtors. He is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. During law school he was awarded the Minnesota State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Outstanding Achievement Award.

Julie works as a Paralegal and Office Manager at Heller Law Firm. She has over 10 years of experience working in the legal field. She joined Heller Law Firm August 28, 2000. She has experience working in the areas of Personal Injury, non-contested Adoption and Bankruptcy.

Erin works as a Paralegal at Heller Law Firm. She has been in the legal field for 4 years. Prior to working at Heller Law Firm, Erin worked at Stearns County Courthouse for 1 year. She joined Heller Law Firm June 1, 2006.

Jessica works as a Paralegal at Heller Law Firm. She has been with the firm since October 2007. She has three years experience working in the legal field. Jessica is a great asset to our firm.

Renee works as a legal assistant (secretary) at Heller Law Firm. She just started in August. She has 1 year experience from an internship in Sauk Rapids with Family, criminal and probate law.
